FitForService

Application

Welcome!

These questions are not only an application, but an opportunity for self reflection as part of the preparation for your experience.

The members of Fit for Service range in age from early twenties to late sixties and beyond. We have millionaires and college kids, parents and nomads, farmers and political activists. We don’t care about your fame, your followers, or your influence.

Our ideal candidates for the full year program have two qualities. The first is that they are accountable. To be accountable is to take responsibility for everything in one’s experience. This perspective is an ideal not only because it is true, but because it is the most empowering one.

“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” - Viktor Frankl

The second is that they are, or desire to be, of service to the world through their own truest expression. For some, this may be simply overcoming deep personal trauma. For others, their vision is of culture shifting proportions. Both will change the world.

The full year program is designed to be an initiatory experience. It is a marathon. Expect discomfort. Expect that you may be faced with unknowable obstacles. This journey holds both disappointment and amazement, but for those who make it to the finish line, it provides one of the most powerful gifts we can know - the deep self trust that comes from evidence of our own resilience and strength.

Any endurance race requires a certain amount of preparation and readiness. At $1,100 month, the full year involves a higher level of financial commitment than any of our other programs. If your access to time and money is not yet in a place where you can make this commitment, please check out our other offerings. We have spent this past year creating access points for anyone, no matter where they are on their journey.

“The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek” - Joseph Campbell

If you’re feeling that twinge of fear, and you are willing to walk into the cave with us, please continue.
