Everything you need to know about Fit For Service
What is the cost & what is included?
COURSE ONLY
Course prices vary depending on instructor and time.
Each course consists of the following:
- Live classes via zoom with your Coach. The length of these classes vary; please see the individual course page for more detail.
- Private group to connect with your peers
- Media Library of Recorded Calls, emails & any bonus materials
All calls will be recorded and uploaded to the program’s private media center within our app afterwards if you are unable to attend the live call.
EVENTS
Our in-person experiences vary in price depending on the duration, location, and guest speakers. Events typically include:
- Private group to connect with others prior to summit, and to arrange lodging and transportation
- All workshops and performances are included. Some events have meals provided, others will have meals for purchase or BYO. .
- Lodging and transportation is excluded; you may arrange your own or connect with the group to organize shared rides and housing.
- Plan to be offline! Events are often held in locations with limited or no wifi or cell service; planning work or other calls during the retreat may significantly impact your ability to participate.
What are my payment options?
Payment can be made by any major Credit Card: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and more
We accept Google Pay, Paypal & Venmo
Installments of 3-12 months are available via ShopPay at checkout

What is the tech requirement?
Calls will be held via Zoom and the online community experience is via our private app community.
The App is available on desktop or mobile devices, and your participation includes access to the entire app community for the duration of your course, and access to a private area for your cohort only.
Course materials and recordings will be available for three months after the course ends.
Can I change my program choice?
Our programs have limited capacity at any given time. Please do not purchase a course if you cannot attend. If unforseen circumstances prevent you from participating, you may transfer credit towards another offering for up to one calendar year, or gift it to a friend. We do not offer refunds for online courses.

Is there a withdrawal/refund policy?
We understand that life happens and plans can change. We’ve created solutions that help students navigate these changes and allow us to preserve the learning experience for their classmates.
Note that all refunds initiated by the customer will be less a 5% processing fee.

Refunds - Retreats & Events
Students may cancel for a full refund 1 month prior to the event start date less processing fees. A refund of 50% will be honored less than 1 month prior to start. No refunds will be honored if cancellation is less than two weeks prior to the start of the in-person experience.
Trip Insurance is highly recommended, and is the responsibility of the participant.
Please note that once requested, your cancellation will be sent to our Finance Team. Once received, refunds can take up to 15 business days to process.
Combined Discounts: If you received a discount for a combination of courses &/or events, and wish to withdraw, under the guidelines above, the refunded amount will be less the full price payment for services rendered under the combined pricing model.
Cancellation by Fit for Service:
Online Courses & Events: If the course or online event is cancelled we will offer a full refund. If an online course is rescheduled at time you cannot attend, we will offer a full refund. If a one-time online event is rescheduled, the recording and materials will be delivered whether you are able to attend in person or not.
In-Person Events. If the in-person event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the in-person event is rescheduled, members will have two weeks from the announcement of the new dates to cancel for a full refund; otherwise standard cancellation timeline applies.
FFS Deadlines and Important Dates
Spots are filled on a first come, first served basis after application approval until filled.
If you cannot purchase a course or event due to it selling out, you may join a waitlist to be notified of openings, or the next opportunity to participate.
Do you have a scholarship program?
Scholarships are not currently available. Please stay tuned. If a course or program is unavailable to you for financial reasons, here are other low or no cost resources:
