Kyle Kingsbury

A former professional athlete in the UFC, and former Director of Human Optimization at Onnit, Kyle is the host of the Kyle Kingsbury Podcast where he has interviewed and learned from the best athletes, doctors, and entrepreneurs in the world for the last 7 years. As a professional fighter Kyle didn’t have the best skill set amongst his peers and his only option to compete at the highest level in sport was to learn and apply everything related to recovery and optimizing performance.

As Kyle shifted into retirement and became a father, healing the brain and body became his focus. Kyle has been learning everything related to longevity, optimizing the brain after traumatic injuries, and building basic habits that get results quickly and efficiently.

What To Expect

What is Physically Fit?

An online course of 9 classes over 12 weeks. It will cover foundational habits of movement, sleep and diet and deep discussion of personal markers of health so that you will understand both general best practices as well as how to discover your body’s unique blueprint for optimal wellness.

Who is it not for?

If you’re unwilling to go all-in on your health, this class is not for you. Physical transformation requires deep commitment, attention and resources. To get the most out of this course, you’ll be invited to invest in a CGM, DNA test, diet changes and supplementation. This class is not for people who know everything about health and performance but haven’t implemented anything. Come with a beginner's mind.

Who is it for?

This course is designed for individuals who are invested in and willing to make a substantial commitment to their current health and longevity. For beginners, it is the stepping stone for finding the most impactful levers to focus on. For the experienced, it’s an opportunity to dive deep into genetics, custom supplementation, and optimization for all stages of life.

Our online only option is $1,500 offers 9 weeks of content, connection with others in the course, and “break weeks” for you to catch up or dive deeper into specific topics. When you upgrade to course + summit, you cement your learning and relationships when you attend our 5 day retreat at the end of your session. Summits are $3500 a la carte, save $1000 when you enroll in both.
